Cosen’s C-780FNC incorporates a 10 HP powerful blade motor, 2” wide blade, independent control panel, and heavy-duty dual column design. These features create a very rigid, dynamically stable and productive machine. The oversized precision ground columns ensure smooth saw frame movement and the consistently stable cutting force required throughout the cutting cycle, thereby increasing the cutting efficiency and extending blade life.

Control System:

Smart NC-100 (SNC-100) technology provides most of the benefits of NC controlled saws at a mere fraction of the cost. SNC-100 controls are programmable up to 100 different jobs including quantity and length of cut. The controls automatically compensate for Kerf loss after data input and requires no manual calculation of number of times to index.
